Bord Na n-Og 25 Card Results There was a great turnout at the weekly Bord Na n-Og 25 Card Drive held in The Pastoral Centre Lowpark, Charlestown on Friday night February 19 and the following were the prize winners: 1st Prize: Breege Leonard and Phil Horkan 2nd Prize: P.J. Rochford and Tom Doherty, John Bill O`Grady and Joe Walsh Raffle: Noel Mahon, P.J. Rochford and Mary O`Hara Game takes place every Friday night at 9pm in The Pastoral Centre, Lowpark, Charlestown and all are welcome. G.A.A. Monthly Meeting The March monthly meeting of the Charlestown Sarsfields G.A.A. Club will take place on Tuesday March 9 at 9.30pm in The C.B.D. Sports Complex. All members are requested to attend as there are a number of important items up for discussion. Bord Na n-Og Meeting The March monthly meeting of Bord Na n-Og will take place in The C.B.D. Sports Complex on Thursday March 4 at 9pm. All coaches and managers are asked to attend as the club hope to appoint the managers for all the underage teams for the new 2010 season. Anybody interested in getting involved in some capacity in the club are also more than welcome to come along as the officers and committee draw up their battle plans for 2010 which they hope will lead to plenty of success on the playing fields and in the process maintain the momentum which the club enjoyed last year. G.A.A. Membership The Charlestown Sarsfields G.A.A. Club wish to remind its members that membership for the 2010 season is to remain at 30 Euro per person. This can be made payable to any member of executive on or before March 31 and your continued support will be very much appreciated. Charlestown Sarsfields Annual Lotto/County Board Ticket Deal Charlestown Sarsfields G.A.A. Club are offering their members a great deal at the moment with Annual Lotto Tickets and County Board Ticket available for a combined total of 100 Euro. Both tickets normally cost 170 Euro if bought separately but the club have come up with a new initiative in order to boost sales and generate some much needed revenue for the 2010 season. There is a great prize fund on offer to the public with the county board ticket offering upwards of 100 000 in prizes over six monthly draws and the annual lotto draw allowing you to have a chance of winning the weekly jackpot which now stands at the princely sum of 7 200 Euro. There has been a very positive response to date to the combined ticket offer and the club are going all out to promote and secure as many ticket sales as possible in order to keep the exchequer in the black so to speak.
